On April 9-10, Kharkiv hosted the 2019 TESOL-Ukraine national convention "Thinking Globally, Teaching Locally" with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the US Embassy to Ukraine. More than 250 teachers of higher and secondary educational institutions from different parts of Ukraine participated in the conference. On April 11 at O. M. Beketov National University of Municipal Economy in Kharkiv the V TESOL International Forum for Young Researchers “Young Researchers in the Globalized World: Vistas and Challenges” was held.
