In 2015 TESOL-Ukraine has its structural subdivisions in 18 oblasts of Ukraine. The TESOL-Ukraine Strategic Plan (2015-2018) is aimed at strengthening oblast subdivisions and restoring the work of the organization in all oblasts.

Oblast leaders run oblast subdivisions. The basic structure of an oblast subdivision is as follows:

The work of oblast subdivisions is coordinated by the TESOL-Ukraine Executive Committee.

The Leadership Meetings (the Executive Committee members and oblast leaders) make decisions on current issues, settle the venues and programs of coming events and activities, work out plans for the future, etc.

The Advisory Committee consisting of the former TESOL-Ukraine presidents assists in running national conventions and conferences.

The Annual General Meeting of TESOL-Ukraine members has the highest authority; it defines priorities in the development of the organization, has the right to make amendments to the Constitution, elects the Executive Committee members, and makes decisions on the work of the officers based on their annual reports.
