This 12-week professional cdevelopment program is designed for EFL teachers at any career stage who have not received enough training in LTA (Language Testing & Assessment), and want to move beyond intuition and develop confident, practical language assessment literacy (LAL).

Through classroom-based tasks, real examples, and guided reflection, participants will explore how assessment works, why it sometimes fails, and how it can better support learning.
