From March 23–27, members of TESOL-Ukraine took part in the landmark 60th TESOL International Convention & Expo 2026, held in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. 🇺🇸 This Jubilee convention, organized by TESOL International Association, brought together over 3,000 English language teaching professionals from more than 70 countries and 50 U.S. states 🌐 – creating a vibrant space for sharing ideas, research, and innovative teaching practices.

We are especially proud that our members represented TESOL Ukraine with presentations, poster sessions, workshops, and actively contributed to discussions on current challenges faced by Affiliate organizations globally and future directions in language education.

Key highlights included: cutting-edge approaches to English language teaching; practical, learner-centered methodologies in online and blended environments; integration of innovative practices into academic settings; strengthening the TESOL Affiliates and experience sharing.

Participation in panels, workshops, and presentations enriched professional perspectives and fostered valuable international connections. Some members of TESOL Ukraine had an experience of volunteering at TESOL 2026, which was well-organized and involved ESL teachers and students from all over the world. Being registered in advance, they could be Registration, Hospitality, Session, or “Ask me” volunteers. The most important thing was to maintain a positive, welcoming attitude while interacting with attendees, ensuring a pleasant, engaging experience for all.
